practice of yoga creates flexibility, strength and peace
in our bodies and daily lives. No matter what level of expertise,
you can be confident with yoga, meditation and pranayama
(breath work) as beginner and advanced students alike benefit
equally from these practices.
We
encourage families and special groups to do yoga together
and we are happy to create private yoga programs to
suit your individual needs.

Hannah
Johansen has practiced yoga for more than 25 years.
She received her Kripalu
Yoga teacher's certification in 1990, her 500 hour Amrit
Yoga teacher's certification in 2004, and is currently working
on her Masters Degree in Yoga Sciences through Hindu University.
